I had the privilege of meeting with Paul Maine through a third party. My church hired his company, Mainstream IT, to create their new website, and I volunteered to ‘oversee’ the project. Throughout this period, there were many unexpected delays and changes – from our church’s side – and yet Mainstream IT always remained cordial, patient, and there for us, pushing the project through to completion. First, their company designed our logo, which met with unanimous consent and joy, and is now on all our stationery as well as our church sign. Mainstream IT then created our website exactly as we wanted it, and Mainstream IT gave me sufficient training to become the webmaster, online, via WebEx, a program I’ve never used before. They explained everything clearly and I was able to start managing the site immediately. Our new website meets our standards perfectly, is easy to use and navigate, and started bringing guests to our church as early as two weeks from it’s birth. We are pleased with the continuing service Mainstream IT offers, and all the support and advice they have given. We also know they are there for us, if we have any questions, and we needn’t feel shy to ask, even if the question seems dumb. Part of that site included a video launch which they successfully performed.
